Experienced help, wherever you’re calling from
Put a repairman on the other end of your phone.
A machine that won’t cooperate is frustrating enough. Finding someone who understands it shouldn’t be another project.
Blane has spent decades working on vending machines. He already helps owners outside Utah work through problems by video call. Show him what you’re seeing, and work through the trouble together.
New to vending? That’s fine. Explain it in your own words. You don’t need to learn repairman first.
The jokes require no training either. Unfortunately.

From “What’s wrong?” to “What’s next?”
Here’s how we get started.
Tell Blane what’s happening.
Call with the machine’s make and model if you have them, and describe the problem. Can’t find the label? Say so. He’ll explain what he needs to check whether remote help is suitable.
Arrange your $95 session.
Agree on a time and how you’ll connect. Blane will confirm what the session covers and arrange payment before the paid troubleshooting begins.
Show him the problem.
Work through appropriate checks together. If there’s a suitable fix, he’ll walk you through it. If further testing, parts, or hands-on work are needed, he’ll explain the next step.

When a video call isn’t the whole fix
Sometimes the part needs a trip. You don’t.
Some problems need more than a video call. Blane will explain what the troubleshooting points to and discuss what should happen next.
If a component needs repair, ask whether mail-in service is available for that part. Suitability, the quote, and shipping arrangements need to be agreed before anything is sent.
Please don’t mail us a mystery box of machine parts. We enjoy surprises, but there are limits.
A few perfectly reasonable questions
Before you call…
Can every machine be fixed remotely?
No. Some faults need hands-on work or further testing. Remote troubleshooting helps establish what can be checked together and when another approach is needed.
Do I need to be a technician?
No. Tell Blane how comfortable you are working with the machine. Don’t move a heavy machine or attempt electrical work to prepare for the call.
What does the $95 cover?
A remote troubleshooting session with Blane. He’ll confirm the scope before you start.
Often, the repair can be completed together during the call. At minimum, a diagnosis is guaranteed, and Blane will help you decide what makes the most sense for any next steps, if needed.
Parts, shipping, and any additional repair work are quoted separately before you agree to them.
Can I get help outside Utah?
Yes. Blane already helps owners outside his local service area by video call. Call to check your machine and arrange a suitable time. He’ll explain how you’ll connect.
